Un petit carré mais un grand chocolat. Il est parsemé d’éclats de fève de cacao et trempé dans un grand cru de Tanzanie. L’intérieur consiste en une fine couche de ganache noire de Tanzanie infusée à la vanille fraîche et surmontée d’une couche de gianduja.
